Charalampos joined the firm in May 2019

Charalampos’ practice focuses on commercial, corporate, competition, energy and EU law.
He advises and represents Greek and international clients in regulatory matters, commercial contracts and transactions, law issues pertinent to IP and IT law (especially data protection and e-commerce), TMT and capital markets. He also has a strong track record in representing clients in matters relating to public procurement projects.

Charalampos is a member of our team of specialist lawyers providing legal advice and support to the biggest gas utility in Greece, providing it with a full range of legal services related to the corporate issues, as well as regarding the procedures for the awarding, drafting and execution of all contracts involved (procurement, services, works, supply etc.) and the aforementioned utility’s representation before the courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Charalampos has worked for Andersen Legal (Greece), and as legal adviser to major corporations, including EYDAP S.A., JUMBO S.A.
