By the Decision No. 884/2016 of the Council of State (Second Chamber), the Council of State replied to the preliminary questions arisen before the Court of Appeals (Athens – 20th Section), as regards the interpretation of Article 15 par. 3 of law 888/2010 which was added as subparagraph “b” to Article 48 par. 3 of Law 2238/94.
