Maria joined the firm as an Associate Lawyer in 2024

Her practice focuses on corporate law and regulatory compliance, providing legal support and advisory services to major domestic and international companies, with particular emphasis on compliance framework, internal policies and corporate governance.

She is a certified Compliance Officer by TÜV Austria, with professional training and active involvement in the implementation and monitoring of compliance management systems, including ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management Systems), ISO 37002 (Whistleblowing Management Systems) and ISO 37301 (Compliance Management Systems).

Maria has also received specialized certification in Artificial Intelligence for Lawyers and the AI Act, qualifying as an AI Ethics Officer, issued by the University of Patras, reflecting her focus on emerging technologies, ethical AI governance and regulatory frameworks.

Besides her native Greek, Maria speaks English, French and Spanish.
