Senior Associate

Chrysa joined FDMA in 2025 as Senior Associate and advises multinational and domestic clients on a wide range of corporate, commercial, data protection, and compliance matters.

She focuses on contract negotiation, GDPR and privacy, competition and IP law, and corporate governance, supporting clients in complex transactions and cross-border operations. Her recent work includes advising shipping, technology, fintech, and FMCG companies on strategic contracts and regulatory compliance, as well as contributing to EU-level data protection projects during her time at the European Commission in Brussels.

She has also worked overseas on law and policy projects in Washington, DC, gaining valuable international experience in intellectual property and regulatory compliance, and held in-house roles with major corporations such as ETG Group and JDE Peet’s. Beyond her corporate practice, Chrysa advises foundations and associations, with hands-on experience in the legal framework of non-profit organizations and professional unions, including governance structures, membership rights, and regulatory compliance.

Chrysa speaks Greek and English fluently and has working knowledge of French.
