Faye is a senior associate with the firm since 2022

Her practice focuses on Banking Law, Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Energy Law, Commercial Contracts, Competition & Antitrust, Insolvency, Bankruptcy and Restructuring, Legal Due Diligence and Real Estate Law. Faye advises and represents Greek and/ or international clients in litigation cases, negotiations of contracts and corporate housekeeping matters.

She is currently a Legal Advisor – Member of the legal department to the Hellenic gas distribution company “enaon EDA” providing a full range of legal services related to the corporate issues of the aforesaid company, as well as legal services with respect to the procedures for the awarding, drafting and execution of contracts involved (procurement, services, work, supply etc.) and the representation of the company before the courts.
