Katerina joined the firm as an Associate Lawyer in 2024.

Her practice specialization on Commercial Law, Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Commercial Contracts and Real Estate Law. Katerina advises large domestic and international companies, as well as private clients on civil, corporate and commercial law, contract law and real estate law and represents them in dispute resolution both in and out of court.

Her recent distinctions:

Represented for almost 4 years one of the largest construction companies in Greece, listed on the Athens Stock Exchange, providing a full range of legal services related to the corporate issues, as well as legal services with respect to the procedures for drafting and execution of all contracts involved and the representation of the company before the courts.

Provided consulting services to companies with regards to their incorporation. Trademark registration in both national and European level before the competent authority of the Greek Minister of Development and Investments.
